Answer: CrossFit is a fitness program that produces measurable outcomes through lifestyle changes, centered on training and nutrition. Workouts consist of constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements such as Pushups and Pull-ups, Squats, Deadlifts, Presses, Olympic lifting, Kettlebells, Gymnastics, Running, Rowing, ab exercises and more. Classes are executed in a bootcamp style environment that is inclusive, supportive and fun .

Answer: Absolutely! CrossFit is adaptable to all fitness levels. Our CRO coaches are well equipped to scale and adapt workouts where necessary.

Answer: We offer a range of membership plans tailored to different fitness goals and lifestyles. We are a fitness centre dedicated to your journey.

A typical CrossFit workout changes daily but at its core, it has four elements: a warm up, strength work, workout of the day (WOD), and cool down. Each workout is scalable so everyone can join in, despite their fitness level. There are also “Hero” and “Benchmark WODs” that are staples of CrossFit.

How often should I attend CrossFit classes to see results?

Answer: Regular attendance, around 2-5 times a week, is recommended for optimal results.

What should I expect in my first CrossFit session?

Answer: Expect an introduction to basic movements, a welcoming environment, and a challenging yet achievable workout.

Answer: No special equipment is needed. Comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes are recommended. CRO is equipped with all the equipment that you will use! Equipment includes: Pull-up Bars, Squat rigs, Dumbells, Kettlebells, Slamballs, Medballs, Concept 2 Rowers, Air Bikes, Ropes, RPM Speed Skipping Ropes, Abmats, Resistance Bands and more.

Can I try a class before signing up?

Answer: Yes, we offer a free trial class for new members.
